ECJ Farms provides fresh local fruits like mangoes, bananas, mangosteen, mangoes and pomelos. But durian remains to be the best seller though this fruit is available only a few months a year. Durian is known for its strong exotic taste and smell and is considered by many as an aphrodisiac. ECJ has captured its flavor and transformed it into cakes, ice cream and chips.
ECJ Farms also sells fresh organic vegetables and herbs such as pako (fern), basil, tomatoes, rosemary, fennel, etc. It also sells the famous Ilonggo sinamak, a concoction of sili, garlic and ginger in native palm vinegar. It is the perfect dipping sauce for chicharon, ukoy and grilled seafoods. Other delicacies and preserves like banana chips, pili, fruit jams and bottled "batuan" ( a sour fruit from the South used in sinigang) are also available here.
